Sport-Specific Nutrition · Ages 13–18

Your kid has 36 months.
After that, the window's closed.

Most parents spend $10k+ a year on coaching, travel, and training — then leave nutrition as the last thing for their kid to figure out. That gap costs hormone regulation, focus, and avoidable injuries. It's the missing infrastructure that makes everything else you're paying for actually pay off.

18 founding-client spots at $97. No supplements, no diet trends, no upsells.

The problem no one talks about

You're spending five figures a year on training. Nutrition is the gap costing you the return.

Parents of serious teen athletes spend $5K–$15K a year on club fees, coaching, travel, and recruiting. Almost none of it compounds without the one input no one budgets for: how the kid eats the other six days a week.

60%
of training spend wasted
When fueling is off, the return shows up missing in recovery, strength gains, and sustained output.
$1–5K
cost of one preventable injury
PT, imaging, a missed season, lost recruiting tape — and the one thing you can never buy back: time.
#1
driver of stress fractures
Under-fueling — sometimes called RED-S — quietly causes low energy, poor focus, and bone injury. Almost no parents are warned.

The math

What this actually costs vs. what it actually protects.

You don't have to take my word for it. The math is the math.

One year of D1 partial scholarship$30K–$80K
4-year private school full ride$300K+
One preventable injury (PT + lost season)$1K–$5K
3 years of club fees + coaching + travel$5K–$20K
This program (2 weeks · 3 sessions)$997$97

For most families, this program is less than 1% of one scholarship year on the table.

How it works

Two weeks. Three sessions. Measurable change.

01Reserve · on Trackie
Reserve your spot
Claim one of the founding-client spots on Trackie and tell me about your athlete — sport, training load, and where the gaps are. That locks your place in the next cohort.
02Week 1 · Session 1 · 60 min
Learn the system
We map current fueling against current training, then learn the foundation and why it matters. You and your athlete review it together, alongside other athletes, and surface the cues they're missing.
03Week 1 · Session 2 · 60 min
Build the system
Full intake. I build the sport-specific protocol your athlete will learn to run themselves and actually use — reviewed together with you and the cohort.
04Week 2 · Session 3 · 60 min
Execute + iterate
Check-ins on the goals and protocols you, your athlete, and I built. We adjust as training and competition shift. By the end of Week 2 you have a working playbook your athlete owns — and the knowledge for life.
Common questions

What parents ask before reserving.

My kid already has a coach who talks about nutrition. Why this?

Most coaches give general advice — "eat more protein." I build a specific, written protocol tied to your athlete's training load, sport demands, and growth stage. It's the difference between "drink water" and a hydration plan for a 90-minute match in 28°C heat.

My kid is a picky eater. Will this work?

Yes. The protocol is built around foods your athlete will actually eat — I don't believe in meal plans nobody follows. Week 1 we map current eating patterns and build the foundation from there.

Do you sell supplements?

No. I have nothing to sell beyond this program. If your athlete needs a specific supplement, I'll tell you which brand and why — and you buy it yourself, wherever is cheapest. No affiliate links.

What outcomes can I expect at 2 weeks?

Measurable ones: more consistent training energy, reduced recovery time, fewer minor injuries, and fueling consistency. Every athlete is different, but you'll know exactly what shifted because we measure it at every session across the two weeks.

My athlete is younger than 13 or older than 18. Should I still reserve a spot?

Reserve a spot anyway. The 13–18 window is the highest leverage, but the principles apply earlier and later. Email me at henoknutrition@gmail.com if you're unsure, and I'll tell you honestly whether now is the right time.
